Behind the Journey

my journey

Hello, my name is Rosa Espidkar, a nurse and fellow Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) sister. My journey started in my teens. for years I lived in a fog of confusion, bounced between doctors and Nutritionists, faced misdiagnoses and got lots of treatments that never truly helped. My weight fluctuated drastically, my confidence crashed and my relationship with my body and mind faded. But I didn't give up. I got curious. I turned to science and self-compassion, learned everything I could about physiology of women. hormones and menstrual cycle. I worked through the emotional layers of my mind-body shame, fear, frustration- and started building a gentler, more loving relationship with myself. now I'm here to guide other women through the same journey- not as a guru , but as a sister who truly gets it.

Our Mission

through OUR PCOS Journey, we learn how to reconnect with our bodies, understand our hormones and support them naturally, and we live in flow- not in fight- with our PCOS. we don't chase perfection here, we choose peace, balance and self-love. Together we learn how to live fully and freely with PCOS- not in spite of it, but in harmony with it. I'm so glad you're here . lets walk this path together.

our core Value

“healing doesn't start with fixing, it starts with understanding”
